Track & Trace TT​

ICS offers you its robust, compact and safe Track & Trace system. It is a Stand Alone module for printing and serializing the cartons that can be inserted in any packaging line.                                                      

• T T SMALL - Variable data and 2D code printing with centralized management and control via camera;

• T T MEDIUM - Labeling machine (pharmaceutical sticker) on case body, Printing variable data and 2D code with centralized management and control via camera;

• T T LARGE - Labeling machine (pharmaceutical sticker) on case body, Printing variable data and 2D code with centralized management and control via camera; Tamper Evident labeling machines.                                                    

 

Serialization is managed through the system that ICS-RETINAE have processed for requests for traceability of Pharma products. The system manages printing with both ink-jet and laser-print, performs serialization in increasing or random numbering in application of the traceability management protocols that the customer requires                                            

We also have the traceability of the entire production cycle in line with the supervision and centralized control of the traceability systems.
